CONCEPT & EXECUTION

“NELLY JELLY” Light Festival was a spectacular illuminated experience held for two consecutive years in two exceptional locations in Lithuania — Vingis Park (Vilnius) and Ąžuolynas Park (Kaunas).

The festival invited visitors to follow an almost 1.6 km immersive route through a magical world inspired by NELLY JELLY — one of the most beloved animated children’s characters in Lithuania — combining creativity, imagination, and interactive light experiences in iconic natural park settings.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Visitors explored more than 250 light sculptures and breathtaking special effects, including interactive installations such as a dazzling light tunnel and a colourful illuminated pathway, creating unforgettable moments for both children and parents.

Set against the scenic beauty of Vingis Park and Ąžuolynas Park, the glowing trail delighted guests of all ages. The festival was built around the NELLY JELLY animated world, transforming the parks into an engaging, character-driven light environment.

The most recent edition also introduced an interactive mobile quiz that visitors could play on their phones while walking the route, encouraging children to actively interact with the installations and enhancing overall engagement throughout the experience.
